Arthur Rohmer

Arthur Rohmer is the Managing Partner of Artieri & Rohmer.

He is specialised in business law and benefits from recognised expertise in the handling of complex legal issues and the conduct of high-level, strategic and sensitive negotiations, in particular in the banking, new technologies and sports sectors.

Arthur Rohmer advises international groups, locally established family-owned businesses and private clients on sophisticated legal and transactional matters in a Monegasque and international context. His practice focuses on strategic advisory work, complex contractual frameworks and regulatory-sensitive operations requiring a high degree of legal structuring and negotiation expertise.

He also acts as the Monegasque correspondent for major international law firms, assisting them and their clients on Monaco-related matters and ensuring effective coordination on cross-border files.

In 2024, Arthur Rohmer was elected member of the board and administrator of the Chambre des Conseils Juridiques.
