Arnold Asmussen became a German Patent Attorney (Patentanwalt) and a European Trademark & Design Attorney in 2005. He has been a partner in the firm since 2007.

Arnold Asmussen has extensive knowledge in the field of medical engineering, especially in the field of cardiovascular medicine, neuromodulation and endoscopy, automotive engineering, painting, logistics and consumer goods.
