Ari has conducted over 100 private prosecutions, often in ground-breaking and precedent-setting matters, and has particular expertise in cases involving broadcast piracy and related fraud. His pioneering work in developing and implementing private prosecution systems for leading media and entertainment organisations places him among the foremost experts in this niche but increasingly significant and complex area of criminal practice.
Alongside his prosecution work, Ari has advised and trains public enforcement bodies, including National Trading Standards, the PPSNI and the CPS Specialist Fraud Division, on the investigation and prosecution of intellectual property crime, reflecting his deep sector knowledge and strategic insight.
