Archil Giorgadze is the Managing Partner and Founder of Andersen in Georgia, bringing over 15 years of experience advising both domestic and international clients. • Provided ongoing counsel on capital markets transactions, including the issuance of significant debt instruments and the execution of liability management exercises for leading corporates and financial institutions.
• Represented governmental and private sector clients in high-profile dispute resolution and international arbitration proceedings, with particular expertise in investment and energy-related matters.
• Advised foreign investors on the structuring and implementation of investments in Georgian real estate and hospitality assets, ensuring full compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements.
