R.V. Anuradha heads her Firm’s practice in International Trade and Investment Law and Policy. She also has an active practice in Environmental regulation, including in the areas of carbon financing and renewable energy.
Anuradha advises companies, industry associations and the Government of India on issues arising under the WTO, Free Trade Agreements, and Bilateral Investment Protection Agreements, including disputes under such agreements. She also undertakes policy analysis for the Commonwealth Secretariat, Centre for WTO Studies, the Indian Council for International Economic Relations and The World Bank.
Anuradha is a member of the Asia WTO Research Network- a network of academics and practitioners working on WTO law and policy. She is also a member of the Trade Policy Committee of the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII).
Anuradha also teaches at various training sessions and capacity building programs for government officials and at the Joint Academy on international trade law and policy conducted by the World Trade Institute, Berne, in collaboration with the Centre for WTO Studies. She also writes extensively on trade and investment related issues.
