Career
Antonio Carlos is the firm’s head of the Labour Advisory practice and has around 35 years of experience in the area. His practice is focused on labour consulting, especially union and crisis management. His scope of work also includes judicial and administrative litigation, union and collective bargaining, representing both national and international clients in complex actions involving the Labor Court, providing legal assistance to national and international clients in administrative and judicial proceedings.
Professional Memberships
Antonio Carlos is the Cultural Director of the Union of Law Firms of the State of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro (SINSA), President of the Paulista Academy of Labor Law and holder of Chair 28. He is also a member and holder of Chair 48 of the Brazilian Academy of Labor Law, a researcher of the Nucleus of Study of Pontifical Catholic University of (PUC/SP) and a member of the Board of Labor Relations of the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (CORT/FIESP).
