Antonia Barker advises on all aspects of divorce and financial remedies (including financial provision after foreign divorces, and for unmarried parents). She has acted for a variety of high and ultra-high net worth clients to resolve the financial issues arising from their relationship breakdown.
Antonia’s financial cases usually involve complex and/or multi-jurisdictional legal and financial issues, including all manner of offshore trust and corporate structures, dynastic wealth, and both alleged and actual non-disclosure of significant assets by one party.
Every family law case is unique. Antonia works with clients to identify their objectives and agree upon a strategic approach tailored to their needs, whether through alternative dispute resolution, or by way of court proceedings where appropriate. She is always conscious of the potential costs of the process - both financial and emotional – and takes a pragmatic approach to her cases.
