A partner in our Financial Institutions and Real Estate practices, Tony represents clients in connection with a variety of strategic transactions, capital formation and governance matters.

Tony brings broad experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs and restructurings, strategic joint ventures, and other special situations.

Mr. Rothermel also has extensive experience in advising boards and the C-suite for public and private companies on governance issues, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and disclosure requirements, activism and other corporate and securities matters.
