Anneliese has extensive experience in corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts. She graduated in France from the Université de Strasbourg, where she also studied a master’s degree in European Community law. She is qualified with the bar associations in Paris and São Paulo. She has a strong affinity for foreign investors, in particular German and French, having worked as a partner at the German firm Friedrich Graf von Westphalen from 2017 to 2021, with which she keeps the business relationship, marking her strong presence and performance in the Brazil-Germany business scenario. She advises both industrial and financial investors on greenfield projects, acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, restructuring of business, and debt reprofiling. She is a member of LAV – Lateinamerika-Verein e.V., Hamburg and the Latin American Ambassador as well as Coordinator of the M&A Practice Group of global law firm network Legalink.
