Practice Areas
The main focus of my practice is International and Domestic Arbitration, with a particular focus on construction, investment and shareholder disputes. I also regularly appear in court in Mauritius, at first instance and on appeal and I have also appeared before the Privy Council.
Incidentally, I am the external legal Counsel to a number of regular and faithful clients, who I advise on their day-to -day business related needs, contentious and non-contentious.
