Anna Wortham

Anna Wortham is a healthcare and litigation attorney with experience in all aspects of civil litigation from case intake through final disposition, including post-trial motions. Anna represents clients in state courts, federal courts, and arbitration proceedings, and she has tried multiple bench and jury trials and represented clients at final hearing in arbitration.

Anna's practice focuses on disputes involving managed care, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, employment matters, fraud and other business torts, and other high-risk business disputes. Anna's recent experience includes representing several of the largest healthcare systems in the United States in commercial and managed care litigation.

Anna has extensive experience and a large docket of active managed care matters, including litigation involving ERISA, Medicare and Medicaid, state statutory claims, pricing disputes, and other issues. She has recently taken multiple managed care matters to final hearing and regularly obtains favorable results for her hospital clients on these matters both pre- and post- arbitration and litigation.
