Anja has more than a decade of experience representing clients across a broad range of industries, including energy, financial services, high-tech manufacturing, construction and retail, in complex cross-border litigation and commercial arbitration proceedings.
She regularly advises and represents clients in post-M&A, joint venture, corporate and other commercial disputes.
Anja has particular expertise in economic sanctions. She advises individuals and companies on Swiss sanctions regimes and represents clients in delisting proceedings, negative clearance proceedings and other regulatory proceedings before the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), as well as in subsequent appeal proceedings before the Swiss Federal Administrative Court and the Swiss Federal Tribunal.
