Angelina Golosova

Career

Angelina is a dual-qualified English and Russian lawyer specialising in complex investment transactions and private wealth structuring. She also has an extensive experience in corporate and finance.

Prior to joining CIS LONDON, Angelina was a managing counsel for a major private investment fund where she advised on M&A, joint-ventures, financing transactions and investment projects related to the banking and media sectors. She was trained as a lawyer at a top-tier law firm.

Angelina holds an LL.M. from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She graduated with honours as a lawyer from Moscow State Law University and also studied law at Jean-Moulin Lyon 3 University in France.
