Alexandra Komarova

Alexandra is a Senior Associate at CIS London & Partners LLP. She is a qualified Russian lawyer with over 10 years of experience in the areas of corporate and commercial law.

Alexandra has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation and a firm grasp of cross-border transactions, having worked as an in-house lawyer for a large manufacturing company. She is also experienced in setting up joint venture and related tax issues.

Alexandra graduated as a Russian qualified lawyer from Novosibirsk State University in 2010. She obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law in 2022.
