Angela Hoague

Angela Hoague is a Senior Managing Director at TLG, a strategic communications and stakeholder engagement firm, where she oversees multifaceted teams in developing and executing complex corporate reputation and public interest campaigns to engage stakeholders. She has extensive experience integrating legal and communications strategies and guiding clients through moments of significant reputational risk and structural change. Serving as a trusted advisor, Hoague has helped institutions navigate reputational challenges while advancing business and legal objectives in high-profile, complex environments in both the government and private sector for over 15 years.

Hoague frequently partners with legal counsel, Boards of Directors, and senior executives to lead internal and external communications efforts related to their most complex and pressing matters, including sensitive investigations, regulatory matters, high-stakes litigation, and financial services issues. She specialises in providing strategic advice and leading litigation support communications for global law firms and other public and private businesses in various stages of growth across all industries. She also frequently partners with clients across the health sector, leading issue management and multidisciplinary communications efforts for hospitals, biotechnology firms, venture capital groups, and others.

Her experience managing the sensitivities of high-stakes legal and regulatory matters includes more than a decade at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), where she worked closely with top government officials to manage complex and sensitive agency matters.
