Career
Ángel Domínguez de Pedro distinguishes himself in the areas of civil, commercial, and corporate law, as well as real estate, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, competition, and European Union law.
He worked as an intern at Public Notaries 6 and 138, with Lic. Fausto Rico Álvarez and José Antonio Manzanero, from 1994 to 1997. After this, he joined Hogan Lovells as an intern, became an associate in 1999, and was promoted to partner in 2010.
He is also a professor at the graduate and postgraduate level, teaching on various subjects like civil, commercial, and corporate law at the Universidad Panamericana (Mexico City and Guadalajara) and at the Universidad Iberoamericana (Mexico City and Guanajuato). He has also taught at the University of the Americas (Mexico City) and the Anahuac University (North Campus, Mexico City).
