Andrzej Stosio

Andrzej Stosio is Head of the Global Financial Markets practice in Warsaw. He specialises in banking and capital markets from both transactional and regulatory perspectives.

He has advised a number of international and Polish banks, alternative lenders, sponsors and corporates on various types of financings, refinancing packages, complex debt restructurings, bond issues and other financial market products (in particular derivatives). He has advised on many of the largest financings that have taken place on the Polish and Central and Eastern European markets in the last decade, including a number of ground-breaking and “first of its kind” transactions.
