Andriy Romanchuk

Andriy Romanchuk is a Partner in the Corporate and M&A Practices and Head of Defence and Miltech at AVELLUM. Andriy focuses on M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital, as well as on working with entrepreneurs and early-stage start-ups.

Andriy has extensive experience in the technology, miltech, agricultural, and banking sectors. He regularly advises clients on their various business needs and complex corporate transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raising, and exits from investments.
