1. Refund of damages

- Representing 6 Ukrainian companies suffered from the aggression of the Russian Federation in complex disputes in Ukraine and foreign jurisdictions on the refund of damages.

2. Banking & Finance / Debt Collection

- Representing UKRSIBBANK (BNP Paribas Group) since 2018 in a number of disputes relating to the collection of the Bank’s USD 85.1 million worth of NPL portfolio, which involves in-court representation in about two hundred simultaneous disputes.

- Representing OTP Bank in multiple disputes on the claims of private persons against the bank for the protection of consumer rights. Representing the client in disputes with its debtors.

- Advising the 2nd most sustainable Ukrainian bank according to the assessment of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine on a potential regulatory investigation relating to the alleged lack and/or inappropriateness of financial monitoring procedures and riskassessment procedures since 2020.

- Representing DEVELOP FINANCE since 2020 in a complex USD 48.5 million disputes on collecting debts from 611 individual debtors.

- Advising Concord Capital since 2019 in a USD 20.9 million debt collection disputes involving complex court proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings, and extrajudicial procedures.

- Represented interests of the major Ukrainian car dealer in its UAH 375,000,000 multijurisdictional dispute with a Ukrainian bank in Ukraine and Cyprus.

- Representing Agromino in a complex USD 6,000,000 disputes involving over 350 parallel court cases regarding the restoration of lease rights on 800 hectares of land uncontrollable by the client due to a series of raider attacks in 2018.

- Representing Agro-Lan in a complex dispute regarding the restoration of lease rights on more than 300 hectares of land.

- Represented Delta Wilmar in several disputes on the recovery of penalties for nonsupply of goods under the supply contracts.

- Provided Ukrainian agricultural holding, which is TOP-5 the largest agribusiness in Ukraine, with legal support in several disputes with 27 landlords regarding the invalidation of land lease agreements.

- Provided legal support to a Fortune 500 Company, part of the world's largest chemical production conglomerate, in a judicial dispute against the Ukrainian Antimonopoly Committee to challenge the decision of the Ukrainian Antimonopoly Committee.

- Representing President of the National Academy of Public Administration in a dispute against the President of Ukraine regarding reinstatement in office.
