1. Refund of damages
- Representing 6 Ukrainian companies suffered from the aggression of the Russian Federation in complex disputes in Ukraine and foreign jurisdictions on the refund of damages.

2. Banking & Finance / Debt Collection
- Representing UKRSIBBANK (BNP Paribas Group) since 2018 in a number of disputes relating to the collection of the Bank’s USD 85.1 million worth of NPL portfolio, which involves in-court representation in about two hundred simultaneous disputes.

- Representing OTP Bank in multiple disputes on the claims of private persons against the bank for the protection of consumer rights. Representing the client in disputes with its debtors.

- Representing Agromino in a complex USD 6,000,000 disputes involving over 350 parallel court cases regarding the restoration of lease rights on 800 hectares of land uncontrollable by the client due to a series of raider attacks in 2018.
