Andrew O’Brien is a founding partner of Glinton Sweeting O’Brien. He also chairs the firm’s Real Estate and Commercial Transactions practice groups and Co-Chair of the Resort Development Group. Andrew advises on all aspects of real estate and the commercial laws that overlap real estate transactions. In particular, he has extensive experience in real estate development and foreign direct investment and is considered one of the top conveyancing attorneys in The Bahamas.
Andrew is a former chairman of the Real Estate Section of the Bahamas Bar Association and still serves as a vocal member of that committee.
Andrew served in the United States Marine Corps and practiced law in New York, USA prior to returning to The Bahamas and continuing his legal practice which followed several years of working in Bahamian real estate development.
