Andrew Share’s practice covers a wide range of technology, corporate and commercial law matters. Primarily, his practice focuses on M&A, intellectual property and technology transactions, business process outsourcing, software, content and data licensing, SaaS, software development and implementation, data privacy, and IT security concerns, strategic sourcing and supply chain, strategic alliances and joint ventures, distribution and commercialization arrangements, contract manufacturing, and general business counseling. Andrew currently serves as a board advisor to a number of non-profit organizations including Connor’s Climb Foundation and Victoria’s Victory Foundation.
Andrew is the managing partner of Nixon Peabody’s Manchester, New Hampshire, office. He is also a co-leader of the firm’s Technology Transactions Team. Prior to Nixon Peabody, Andrew was in-house counsel to Tyco International for a number of years, counseling Tyco’s corporate, plastics and adhesives, and flow control business units, as well as serving as Tyco’s counsel for its global IT and strategic procurement groups.
