Andrew advises both managers and issuers on a broad range of transactions in the debt capital markets, including the establishment of medium term note programmes, standalone debt issuances, statutory covered bonds, corporate hybrids and commercial paper. His practice has a particular focus on liability management (being tender offers, exchange offers and consent solicitation exercises) for financial institution, corporate, sovereign and supranational issuers.
