Career
Andrew is a senior offshore commercial practitioner with extensive cross-jurisdictional experience spanning more than two decades. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales (Lincoln's Inn) in 2004 following pupillage at a commercial chambers in Gray's Inn. Andrew was called to the Bar of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (BVI) in 2013.
His practice is focused on complex offshore commercial litigation and advisory work, with a strong emphasis on high-stakes disputes in the British Virgin Islands, as well as matters involving the Bahamas, Cayman Islands and Anguilla. Notable engagements include work on the Kingate liquidations, Three Arrows, 1 MDB and Nam Tai litigation, along with matters connected to the Emmerson Renova dispute.
Andrew serves on the Board of Directors of RISA (BVI), which is affiliated with the International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals (INSOL) and he is a past Treasurer of the BVI Bar Association.
