Andrés Ríos

He focuses his practice mainly on water law and agricultural real estate projects, with extensive experience advising leading agricultural, livestock, wine, real estate, and construction companies in Chile, as well as government agencies and various water user organizations.

He possesses broad legal and technical knowledge in water resources, which has positioned him as a key element in productive and business strategies, becoming a primary advisor in his clients’ decision-making processes in these matters.

He has a broad professional background, having worked at Chadwick y Aldunate Abogados (2008–2010) and Araya y Cía. Abogados (2011–2015).

In 2016, he founded Ríos y Compañía Abogados, where he participated in high-level legal advisory work. Since 2022, the firm has operated as RAM Abogados, where he continues to work in strategic areas of water law and advises clients on complex projects.
