Andrés Aznarez

Mr. Aznarez works in the area of Corporate Law, and specializes in mergers and acquisitions, banking and financial law, infrastructure, and foreign investment.

His practice includes advice to national and foreign companies and banking institutions in financial and commercial transactions, including stock purchases, shareholder agreements, loans, project finance, infrastructure projects, and commercial agreements in general.

During the years 2014-2016 he worked as a foreign associate at Machado Meyer Sendacz e Opice Advogados, Sao Paulo, in the area of infrastructure and project finance.

He was formerly an Assistant Professor in Commercial Law at the University of Montevideo.
