Founding partner of the firm. Graduated from the Universidad Panamericana, where he also took postgraduate courses in economic and corporate law. He worked as a Foreign Associate in the firm Bracewell & Patterson, LLP (Today Bracewell & Giulliani). He was a partner for several years at the law firm Barrera, Siqueiros y Torres Landa, S.C, of which he was a member for nearly two decades.
For more than 20 years he has been a professor of corporate law and telecommunications at the Universidad Iberoamericana and the Universidad Panamericana.
