His practice includes corporate, contractual and financial law, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and has extensive experience in the area of communications, telecommunications and in the representation of foreign investors in Mexico.

Personal

Founding partner of the firm. Graduated from the Universidad Panamericana, where he also took postgraduate courses in economic and corporate law. He worked as a Foreign Associate in the firm Bracewell & Patterson, LLP (Today Bracewell & Giulliani). He was a partner for several years at the law firm Barrera, Siqueiros y Torres Landa, S.C, of which he was a member for nearly two decades.

For more than 20 years he has been a professor of corporate law and telecommunications at the Universidad Iberoamericana and the Universidad Panamericana.
