Andrej Andrić is the founder and managing partner of Law Office Andrić & Partners. He focuses on corporate and commercial law, with additional expertise in real estate, construction and insolvency matters. He advises domestic and international clients, in particular German-speaking and other European investors, on complex transactions, investment projects and day-to-day commercial matters in Slovenia.

He is regularly involved in cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, corporate structuring and market entry projects, and provides strategic advice throughout all stages of a transaction, from legal due diligence and structuring to negotiation and implementation. His practice is complemented by strong experience in real estate and construction projects, where he advises on acquisitions, development projects and related contractual and regulatory issues.

Andrić is also a member of NDEEX – Netzwerk Deutscher Erbrechtsexperten e.V., reflecting his involvement in cross-border inheritance matters, particularly in a German-speaking context.
