Andrei is a well-rounded business lawyer having significant expertise in regulatory field across various practice areas. This is complemented by his previous in-house experience, as a Global Legal Counsel, as well as regulatory consultant, in a diverse and multi-cultural background.

While heavily involved in the gambling industry from the very beginning of the reformation of the Romanian legal framework and well-versed in dealing with all legal aspects related to the operation of gambling and gaming activities, particularly of regulatory nature but also contentious, Andrei also specializes in new technologies, including blockchain, cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence or fintech.

His current professional interests also include providing expert advisory services in the context of intricate projects for global iGaming and eSports entertainment operators and services providers, with a strong component of regulatory compliance structure design, implementation and monitoring, policies and procedures creation and review, risk and operational advisory.
