Andrea Bernava

Andrea advises Italian and international clients in litigation, arbitration, bankruptcy law, corporate restructuring and M&A with a focus on national and international litigation concerning civil law matters (in arbitration and before ordinary judicial courts); national and international litigation on commercial law matters, with a specific focus on acquisition transactions and commercial contracts (in arbitration and before ordinary judicial courts); alternate dispute resolution; international commercial arbitration; insolvency and pre-insolvency procedures; financial restructuring and company law.

Andrea Bernava joined the Firm in 1987 and became a Partner in 1999 and Senior Of Counsel in 2024.
