Career
Andre is a partner in the litigation and arbitration team, focusing on national and international arbitration, civil and multi-jurisdictional litigation. He has solid experience representing creditors in restructuring proceedings and in disputes before domestic and international arbitration panels related to energy, corporate and commercial disputes. As a specialist in arbitration, he joined the Federal Senate Committee in 2013 to amend the arbitration law and draft the mediation law. Andre has also represented clients in relevant cases before the Superior Court of Justice and the Supreme Federal Court. He is a professor of law of the graduate and post-graduate courses at Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ) and a member of the board of the Turn Around Management Association — TMA Brasil.
