Anders Malmström is a partner in the Corporate group and regularly represents companies and private equity firms in their most significant corporate and M&A transactions with a connection to Sweden.

He practices in the areas of corporate acquisitions, private equity, company law, and contract law. Anders has extensive experience in Swedish and international acquisitions, divestments, investments, mergers, and fund structures. In recent years, Anders and his team have been involved in some of the largest private M&A transactions in the Nordic region and Anders is elected to represent the Kingdom of Sweden in M&A matters.
