Career

Ana Paula Kroetz de Oliveira has been working on the analysis of commercial contracts, especially in connection with M&A projects and agribusiness transactions, as well as advising Brazilian and foreign companies on arbitral proceedings resulting from transactions. Ana also has relevant experience in matters related to legal due diligence, with an emphasis on real estate and environmental law.

Bachelor of Law and specialist in Commercial Law at Faculdade de Direito de Curitiba, renamed to UniCuritiba (1993), as well specialist in Contractual Law at São Paulo Law School of Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGVLaw) (2016).
