Amy Radnor

Amy has extensive experience advising clients on all aspects of relationship breakdown and wealth protection, including financial claims on divorce, financial claims between unmarried couples, and issues relating to children. She is regularly instructed on pre- and post-nuptial agreements and is committed to helping clients navigate that process smoothly, discreetly and effectively.

In addition to parents and separating spouses / couples, Amy also advises trustees, grandparents, schools and family offices. Many of Amy’s cases involve multiple jurisdictions and complex asset structures and her clients recognise and value her strategic approach, calmness under pressure, and clear advice. She is a highly experienced litigator and equally skilled at negotiating resolutions privately where that best serves clients and their families.
