Amy has extensive experience in commercial contracts work formalising complex supply chains, manufacturing and co-development agreements, consumer, talent and sponsorship, licence and assignment, and IT agreements. Operating as fractional outsourced legal counsel for a number of clients, Amy’s practice area expands beyond commercial contracts to include IP, data protection, employment and consumer.
As a business owner herself, Amy is able to offer support for clients through a distinctively entrepreneurial lens. Amy acts as a board advisor and a NED after completing the Financial Times’ NED Diploma. Experienced in the wider aspects of how businesses operate, Amy can advise clients in a uniquely pragmatic and business-focussed way.
Amy has solid experience across multiple sectors including tech and AI, consumer, pharmaceuticals, PR, advertising and marketing, and packaging.
Amy trained and qualified into the Commercial team at Hogan Lovells, before going in house 5 years later as a legal counsel at John Lewis and Waitrose. Amy was recognised as a Rising Star in the Legal 500's Powerlist, and has been nominated multiple times as Sole Practitioner of the Year in The Lawyer Excellence Awards.
