Amon Airoldi

Amon Airoldi advises Italian and foreign investors and private equity funds on corporate and M&A matters, in particular domestic and cross-border acquisitions, corporate law and commercial contracts.

Airoldi also has extensive experience in corporate finance transactions, turnarounds and debt restructuring, as well as distressed M&A transactions and the issuance of equity or hybrid participating financial instruments as a means of overcoming financial difficulties; in corporate finance and restructuring, he assists both private companies and financial lenders.

He also deals with arbitration and litigation proceedings in corporate matters.

Amon Airoldi earned his degree from the University of Milan and, prior to joining Ughi e Nunziante, he gained over 12 years of experience with a leading Italian firm.
