Amie Younger

Amie is a Partner in the Residential Property team providing specialist advice and guidance in relation to all residential property matters including transfers of equity and new build purchases. She has particular expertise in law relating to lease extensions; freehold enfranchisement; and specialised lending transactions.

With a diverse client base and wide-ranging experience, Amie regularly handles high-value complex property transactions which require proactive and pragmatic advice. Her expert knowledge of the market allows her to provide solutions to transactional property issues in an efficient and timely manner.
