Amel Al Aseeri

Amel Alaseeri joined Zeenat Al Mansoori & Associate in 2005 and leads the Commercial, Corporate & Finance Practice.

She provides legal advice, counsel and representation to clients in a wide variety of sectors, including, construction, finance, goods distribution, hospitality, insurance, manufacturing, oil & gas, real estate, retail and others, covering complex transactions, high-stakes litigation and disputes, and other types of legal matters as impacts the modern national and multinational corporation in Bahrain.

Amel has served as sole arbitrator and as tribunal member in several domestic and international commercial arbitration disputes, conducting both institutional and ad hoc arbitrations and is frequently appointed as lead party counsel and co-counsel in complex international commercial arbitration disputes across different sectors and areas of law. She practices commercial litigation, including JVA disputes, corporate disputes and insolvency.

She acts, increasingly, for developers, contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants and Government Ministries in infrastructure, construction and engineering disputes.
