In arbitration and judicial disputes, we provide forensic evidence solutions in the fields of accounting, economics and engineering. For the corporate sector, we offer technical opinions to support managerial decision-making. Our solutions are applicable through analysis across various sectors: Airports, Energy and Bioenergy, Oil and Gas, Agriculture and Livestock, Food Industry, Telecommunications, Technology and Innovation, Civil Construction, Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industries, Provision of Services, Raw Material Production, Production of Machinery and Equipment and Consumer Goods Production.

With 19 years immersed in the accounting, tax, economic, and financial fields since the beginning of my academic training, I have worked across various accounting outsourcing service firms, as well as major national and international companies in the service and industrial sectors. This experience has provided a solid foundation, allowing me to integrate theory and practice in my current role as a Court-Appointed Expert in more than 40 courts (judicial proceedings) and as a Tribunal Expert in Mediation and Arbitration Chambers (arbitral proceedings), particularly in tax, accounting, and financial matters involving complex litigation (special situations) throughout Brazil.

Due to my active involvement in both the corporate and academic spheres, and as author of several scientific articles, I have also served as faculty member at Centro Universitário SENAC, teaching Forensic Accounting in extension courses for graduates and undergraduates. Starting in 2026, I will be a postgraduate professor in Forensic Expertise at FECAP.

Between 2025 and 2026, I completed a six-month exchange program in England, participating in corporate events focused on international arbitration discussions. I currently serve as Chief Executive Officer of Devant Perícias, where I am the technical lead responsible for a multidisciplinary team.

Promoting a culture of dispute resolution, the firm is officially affiliated with CBAr (Brazilian Arbitration Committee) and IBATT (Brazilian Institute of Tax Arbitration and Settlement), and is also an official sponsor of initiatives that encourage dispute resolution within Multi-Door Systems, such as those promoted by CAM-AMCHAM, CAM Ciesp/Fiesp, and Leaders League (M&A Connect). Being recognized in the Chambers and Partners and Leaders League rankings.

Work in cases across multiple areas, including tax matters (tax assessments and active debt certificates), corporate matters (lost profits, consequential damages, debt collection actions, business valuation, M&A, etc.), corporate law (valuation of equity interests), banking matters (amortization systems), economics and finance (economic and financial imbalances in contracts, inflationary adjustments, etc.), and construction disputes (quantification of structural damages, construction defects), among others.
