Amanda has 18 years’ experience as a Residential Property Solicitor. She is now a Partner leading the whole team and working exclusively on high value and technical transactions.

Amanda acts on the full spectrum of residential real estate work for private clients, companies, developers and banks. She specialises in work involving high value London properties, overseas investors, country estates, portfolio acquisitions and work resulting from settled disputes such as boundary agreements, adverse possession applications and easements. Amanda particularly enjoys and thrives on the client relationship side of her work, placing client service at the centre of all transactions.

A recent example of a typical transaction for Amanda is acting for a high net worth international client on the sale of a London leasehold property and refinance of a high value property. The refinanced property included live-in employees which required careful consideration from the lender’s perspective.

Whilst based in our Ipswich office, Amanda often travels between offices in her leadership capacity.
