Law degree and a Master’s Degree in Labor Law from the Law School of the University of Nuevo Leon.
He has served as a Master’s Degree Professor in Labor Law at the Tec de Monterrey and the University of Nuevo Leon.
With over thirty years of experience, he specializes in labor litigation and consulting, representing and advising national and transnational companies.
He is the Managing Partner of Bufete Amado Diaz.
He has participated in labor missions for the State of Nuevo León in various Asian and European countries.
He has been a speaker at numerous conferences and events on Labor Law organized by various associations, chambers, and institutions.
He has authored publications for Financiero Bloomberg, the Mexican Bar Association in Nuevo Leon, the Association of Industrial Relations Executives, the Association of Exportation Industries in Nuevo Leon, and the Chamber of Transformation Industry.
He is a member of the Labor Committee of the Employers Confederation of the Mexican Republic in Nuevo Leon (COPARMEX).
He previously led the Labor Law Committee of the Mexican Bar Association in Nuevo Leon.
He is the Labor Vice President and Advisor of the Association of Industrial Relations Executives (ERIAC).
He served as a Labor Advisor for the Automotive Cluster.
He was an advisor for the SEVENTH Labor Rapid Response Mechanism under the USMCA, established by the USTR and/or the U.S. Government before the Government of Mexico.
