A family law and divorce specialist, Alistair has particular interests in technically difficult financial remedy matters, private children matters and arbitration.
Alistair's financial cases have often including complications arising from international elements, jurisdictions outside of England and Wales and sophisticated asset and trust structures. He is an expert in private children matters, including applications for leave to remove, and disputes concerning day-to-day arrangements for children.
