As a member of the Baker Donelson Government Enforcement and Investigations Group, Alison Schurick represents and advises individuals and entities threatened with or facing any phase of government action, enforcement, and/or investigation.

Ms. Schurick focuses her practice on government investigations, enforcement actions, white-collar criminal defense, and high-stakes litigation. She represents and counsels clients of all sizes in a wide range of industries, most predominantly health care and government contracts, and has significant experience in representing professionals and institutions in health care disputes involving billing and reimbursement, allegations of fraud and abuse, and violations of state and federal false claims laws. Her litigation practice includes representing companies and individuals in state and federal court and before administrative agencies in all phases of the litigation process. In addition, Ms. Schurick has significant experience in conducting internal investigations in matters involving allegations of financial improprieties, workplace misconduct, and compliance with state and federal law.
