Alice Englehart

Alice is a member of the firm's Board.

Alice acts for corporates, financial institutions and individuals on complex and high stakes commercial disputes both in the English courts and internationally, regularly advising on multi-jurisdictional matters. Her experience includes handling claims relating to M&A transactions, international sanctions, joint venture arrangements and customer, supplier and distributor relationships. She has experience across a wide range of sectors and industries including consumer and retail, aerospace and defence, private equity, sport, financial services, and telecoms.

Alice acts as a strategic adviser to clients in legal proceedings across the globe, assisting with and coordinating some of their most reputationally-sensitive matters. Her clients include FTSE companies and large international groups, as well as their senior management.
