Alfredo Aspra specializes in employment and labor law practice advice to domestic and international companies. He is an expert in corporate restructuring labor matters, collective dismissal procedures, Layoffs, Plant Closing and devolution of production (outsourcing, subcontracting of activities, etc.), negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, company covenants, substantial changes to working conditions, internal flexibility mechanism, arbitration agreements, unfair labor practices.

He is also expert in trade union law, electoral processes, strikes, discrimination, labor disputes, grievance and arbitration working, defamation, warm act and litigation (non-compete, privacy, top executives, injunctions, wrongful discharge, etc.).

Mr. Aspra is the Managing Partner at Labormatters Abogados. He has extensive experience in employment matters acquired during more than 22 years working exclusively in this field.
