Alexis Dargent range of activity covers all sizes of private equity transactions and particularly the negotiation of management incentive/equity plans for over 30 years. He supports management teams and investment funds in preparing, implementing and unwinding management incentive/equity plans. He also advises listed or unlisted industrial clients especially in the context of build-up transactions in studying incentive tools for their managers and employees.

Avant de co-fonder le cabinet Cards Avocats comme associé-gérant, Alexis Dargent a notamment exercé son activité pendant 10 ans chez Mayer Brown en tant qu’associé, chez Andersen Legal et au Bureau Francis Lefebvre.
Alexis est admis au Barreau de Paris.
Il est diplômé de HEC Paris (1994) et titulaire d’un Master 2 de Fiscalité Internationale de l’Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas et HEC.
