Co-led the development of a comprehensive AI governance framework for a global technology company, covering the use of AI across products, services and internal operations. Alexis coordinated the alignment of data protection, transparency, explainability and human rights principles with Mexican law and relevant international standards, strengthening the client’s responsible AI programme and readiness for evolving regulatory requirements.

Large-scale data subject rights programme for a leading telecommunications company

Co-leads the legal oversight of a high-volume programme for managing thousands of data subject rights requests each year. Alexis reviews the client’s internal policies, procedures and legal criteria for complex access, rectification, cancellation and objection requests. The programme has enabled the company to respond consistently within statutory deadlines while substantially reducing its regulatory and reputational exposure.

Multi-jurisdictional privacy framework for a major international airline

Co-led the strategic review of agreements between a major international airline and insurance providers across more than 20 jurisdictions. Alexis analysed applicable privacy and international data transfer requirements and drafted contractual provisions governing controller and processor roles, cross-border transfers and regulatory risk. The resulting framework enabled the client to advance a complex international project under a consistent, scalable and commercially workable privacy model.
