Alexandre Wibaux specializes in all aspects of private equity, including venture capital, growth equity, and buyouts, as well as mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. He regularly represents emerging growth companies (listed and not listed) in the United States and in France, as well as the private equity and industrial investors that finance them, particularly technology, internet-related, and life science companies, at every stage of development from their incorporation until their sale or IPO (initial public offering) and beyond. Alexandre works closely with colleagues in multiple practice areas across the globe, to ensure seamless coordination across disciplines and geographies. His recent work includes representing notable companies such as Back Market, EcoVadis, Karos, Konvu, OpenClassrooms, Pigment, Shares and Sweep.
