Degree in Law from Universidade de São Paulo (USP); Specialist in Power Regulation from Associação Brasileira de Concessionárias de Energia (ABCE); Post- Graduation in finance from Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa (INSPER)

Master of Laws (LL.M.) from University of Chicago. He represents private and state-owned companies, power tradings, sponsors, investors, financial institutions in a variety of matters in the Brazilian Power industry, including generation, distributed generation, transmission, distribution, renewables, self-generation and trading.

Professional Memberships

​Member of the Brazilian Research Institute of Power Regulation -IBDE (Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos do Direito da Energia) and of the Brazilian Association of Infrastructure and Industry. He was an international associate at a major New York law firm between the years of 2016 and 2017.
