Alexander Wyss is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Zurich office. He is the Managing Partner of Baker McKenzie Switzerland AG, co-heads the Swiss Real Estate Transaction Practice Group and is a former member of the Firm's European Real Estate Steering Committee. He is a seasoned business lawyer with a special focus on real estate transactions, private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and fund structuring. Alexander advises domestic and international clients in cross-border and national real estate and corporate transactions, private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions as well as fund structuring.
