Mr. Pencu’s has significant cross-border and international litigation experience and he has tried cases in both federal and state courts, as well as before arbitration panels. Mr. Pencu’s work includes particular focus on antitrust, breach of contract claims, business torts, unfair trade practices, trade secret misappropriation, shareholder derivative suits, corporate divorces, disputes arising from the sale of businesses and non-compete claims.
